Registration and approval of VB

The Approved VB shall be identified and appointed by Proponent to audit and verify the approved projects for the following process in Section 6.3 (ii) FCC Protocol. MFF shall maintain a list of Approved VBs in the Registry. Proponent is responsible for contracting VB from the FCC Approved VB list. All cost related to verification shall be included as part of the project cost.

The VB applying to be recognised as an Approved VB, conducting verification services under MFF shall:

• (i) be a legal, such as a company, business or society, within Malaysia;
• (ii) agree to be listed on the publicly available on the Registry, which is a central repository for all information and documentation relating to RFF projects which may include the VB�s identification data and/or other data as required; and
• (iii) have a valid accreditation of at least one (1) of the following:
